The Protection of Personal Information

This Privacy Policy has been established in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Ten Key Principles of the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information (as detailed within PIPEDA) to form the foundation for our practices and procedures concerning the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.

Personal Information covered by this policy includes any information about an identifiable individual that an organization collects, uses or discloses in the course of commercial activities, excluding the name, title, business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization.

1. Accountability

i2.ca is responsible for any personal information under its control, and is committed to acting in good faith to comply with the principles of PIPEDA and the protection of personal information.

2. Identifying Purpose

i2.ca will identify the purpose for which personal information is being collected before or at the time the information is collected. Personal information collected and maintained by i2 will be used for the sole purpose for the operation of GameTime.

3. Consent

i2.ca will obtain the consent of the individual for the collection, use or disclosure of personal information, except where not required to do so by law.

i2.ca will only collect personal information that is required for the operation of GameTime.

Upon request, i2.ca will inform an individual about the existence, use, and disclosure of their personal information and provide access to that information. An individual may challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and have it amended as appropriate.
